--Supplier audit/rating system

We strictly implement the ISO9001:2008 management system standards and strictly review each supplier. There is already a large supplier grading system with detailed information of more than 5,000 suppliers. Each quarter, we review all suppliers and strictly enforces the rating system by our system.

--Quality inspection process

A rigorous quality inspection process is a core part of our quality control system. In order to ensure that customers' "Secure purchase, secure use"，every inspection step we have established is guaranteed to be implemented effectively. We have advanced testing procedures, professional testing equipment, and most importantly - experienced IQC engineers, professional and responsible attitude, to ensure that our customers receive world-class quality goods.

--Warehousing/packaging/transportation standards

Electronic components are sensitive items that have stringent requirements for the warehousing/packaging/transport environment. We strictly comply with the original environmental protection standards for all levels of materials, from electrostatic protection, humidity control to constant temperature control, we are committed to the original requirements for the corresponding items, to ensure that the quality of the goods “zero defects” delivered to customers.

--Quality control database management

Strict quality control process is an effective means to ensure customers use “zero defect” products, and powerful IT systems, real-time quality control database management is the strongest backing. All details of incoming and outgoing products will be uploaded to our quality control database for archival filing, including:

Quality control sheet, detailed record of goods warehousing information;

Sample placement archive;

Purchase details photo archive;

Shipping details photo archive;

The non-conforming product information is archived, and the supplier submits the corresponding supplier audit/classification management system process;

Quality Test Analysis / Report Archive;

Original factory contact information archive.
